Thank you for signing up at Content Runner! This is the first in a series of posts that will tell you everything you need to know to start writing for us. Let's start with the basics. Go ahead and start by logging into your account by clicking "login" in the upper right of the main page: https://www.contentrunner.com/ You'll be asked to enter your username and password. You registered your account with:
Adding your PayPal Account First things first: before you can start writing, you'll need to provide your PayPal account email. Content Runner makes payments to Writers via PayPal transfer. Writers must add their PayPal account information in the "Billing" section of their Dashboards before they can begin writing. Please contact support@contentrunner.com if you have any questions or concerns about entering your account information—we'd be happy to help. Filling Out Your Writer Profile You'll want to make sure you've got some basic information filled out on your Writer Profile. If you want to appear in the Writer Directory, which Users use to find Writers with whom to work, you'll need to upload a profile picture. Lots of our Users have been vocal about preferring real pictures of the Writers themselves, rather than stock photos, illustrations or logos. Upload a professional, personal photo of yourself and select a few Niches in which you have some expertise. Then you're ready to start writing! (Another chapter will go over completing the rest of your Writer Profile.) Once you're logged in, you'll be able to see the jobs currently available. You can click "Browse" in the top right of the page to be taken to the listings at any time. (There are several different types of order. The difference between these orders is how the User and Writer interact. We'll go over the four types of orders in the next chapter.) You can click the arrow to expand the information about the article, including the instructions and style guide, to decide if it's a project you're interested in taking on.
